Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data the Floranor website (floranor.com) collects, why, and what we do with it. Floranor is a pre-launch product, and this site exists to describe it and let you get in touch. We have tried to keep both the site and this policy simple.
Who we are
Floranor, Inc. ("Floranor", "we", "us") operates floranor.com. If you have any question about this policy or your data, email us at hello@floranor.com.
What we collect
We collect very little, and we collect it in two ways:
- Website analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics service. It does not use cookies, does not track you across sites, and does not build a profile of you. It gives us aggregate information such as page views, referrers, country-level location, and browser type, so we can tell which pages are useful. We cannot identify individual visitors from it.
- Email correspondence. If you email us, for example to request early access, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you write. That is the only personal information this site leads to, and you choose whether to send it.
We do not run advertising trackers, social media pixels, or third-party marketing scripts on this site. We do not ask you to create an account, and there is nothing to sign up for yet.
How we use it
- Aggregate analytics help us understand which content is read and improve the site.
- Email correspondence is used to reply to you, to keep track of early access requests, and to follow up if you asked us to.
We will not add you to a mailing list unless you ask to be on one, and any email we send will include a simple way to opt out.
What we do not do
- We do not sell personal data. Not now, not later.
- We do not share your information with third parties for their marketing.
- We do not use your correspondence for anything unrelated to responding to you.
We use a small number of service providers to run this site and our email, such as our hosting provider, Cloudflare, and our email provider. They process data on our behalf under their own contractual obligations, and only as needed to provide their service to us.
Retention
Aggregate analytics data is retained by Cloudflare per its own retention schedule; it contains no personal identifiers. Email correspondence is kept for as long as it is relevant to an ongoing conversation or an early access request, and periodically cleaned up after that. If you would like your correspondence deleted, tell us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Given how little we collect, the practical version is this: email us at hello@floranor.com and we will show you what we have, fix it, or delete it.
Changes to this policy
If our data practices change, for example when the product launches and accounts exist, we will update this policy and change the effective date at the top. Material changes will be noted clearly on this page.
